Product development by the Quadrant Research & Development team is based on the main principles of product development: manufacturability, ease of assembly and reliability of products during its expected life cycle. Also, we help our customers with the production and testing of the prototype.

Development of working and design documentation in the mechanical engineering field
According to the project plan, the development of working and design documentation is carried out comprehensively at each stage of product development from the stage of concept development to the development of working drawings for production.

Analysis and Simulation
Computer modeling tools provide opportunities to analyze the manufacturability and functionality of the product and assess how the computer model of the future product will behave in real operating conditions. We perform tension analysis in parts and assemblies, hydrodynamics analysis and multi-physical analysis of parts, assemblies and mechanisms by the finite element methods.

Reengineering
Development of working and design documentation of an existing product, including the construction of a solid product model (CAD modeling) and the creation of production drawings and product specifications.

Prototyping
Production of a prototype product. Determination and confirmation of expected characteristics. Functional analysis of the product.

Automation of technological processes
Automation algorithms development of technological processes of the production.
